CoVantage Credit Union, based out of Wisconsin, provides financial services to 19 counties in the Wisconsin & Michigan areas and offers products like savings, checking, mortgage, auto loans, credit & debit cards, and online & mobile banking.
A core challenge for CoVantage was training over 320 employees with only a three person training department.
