Creating a HelpDesk Account

Click to visit the LMS365 HelpDesk website (will open in a new tab)

Click Sign In in the menu at the top right of your screen and a pop-up will appear

Navigate to the bottom left of the pop-up and click Sign Up where it says “New to ELEARNINGFORCE Support?”

Fill out the form with all the required information, verify you’re a real person and click Sign up.

A pop-up will appear confirming your sign-up and you will recieve an email in your inbox

*Can’t find it? Check your junk folder for [email protected]

Find the email in your inbox and click the personalized link to create a password and login for your account

Once you have set a password for your LMS365 HelpDesk account you will be logged in. You will see a personal menu where you can track your activities, edit your profile or sign out.
